At Finwin Edu Campus, we believe caregiving is more than a profession - it is a calling. Our TVEC-accredited programme is a launchpad for students aspiring to secure high-demand roles in Europe, the UK, Canada, and Australia.

Whether you are aiming for a life-changing career move abroad or looking to provide excellent care locally, our curriculum is designed to help you stand out with practical skills, professional confidence, and recognised credentials.

Finwin offers National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 and Eldercare Level 4 certificates, fully accredited by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) of Sri Lanka. Because NVQ standards are widely recognised, this qualification can support students pursuing international caregiving opportunities.

We also prepare students for the communication demands of global healthcare. Our dedicated English Language Department offers specialised communication classes free of charge to students enrolled in the caregiver programme, with focus on workplace confidence and IELTS-ready language skills.

The six-month professional training model blends academic theory with practical exposure. Students complete theoretical modules online, attend physical practical sessions at our equipped campus, and complete a three-month compulsory internship at a recognised private hospital.

To help students enter the field with confidence, Finwin prepares them for the official TVEC theory and practical assessments through module-based tests and full mock exams.
