Finwin Edu Campus - Education Support Services (FEC-ESS), UAE, and Finwin Edu Campus, Sri Lanka, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance cross-border educational opportunities. This strategic alliance was formalised in Ajman by Mr. Mohamed Faroon Hamim, Chairman of FEC-ESS, and Mr. M. Rishard Fallil, Director of FEC-Sri Lanka.
The partnership establishes a clear operational framework to ensure transparency and quality. FEC-ESS, operating from its strategic hub in the UAE, will spearhead global outreach. Its functions include international marketing, ethical student recruitment, and professional counselling, ensuring all activities comply with UAE regulations.
Conversely, FEC-Sri Lanka will focus on academic integrity. It is responsible for delivering study programmes, conducting assessments, and maintaining the high standards required by affiliated international institutions.
By combining the UAE's strengths in global marketing with Sri Lanka's expertise in academic delivery, this MOU provides students with accessible, high-quality pathways to international qualifications. This collaboration reinforces Finwin's commitment to academic excellence and sustainable growth, positioning the group as a trusted leader in the global education sector.
